3.4 Account sharing is expressly prohibited. Your pk57 account is for your personal use only. Any bet placed, game played, or transaction conducted through your account is deemed to have been made by you.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pk57 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name that has been used for a prior deposit.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on pk57 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted those rules.
5.2 pk57 reserves the right to void any bet where there has been an obvious error in the odds or game conditions, where the integrity of the event is in question, or where there is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of a system error.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. 9.1 pk57 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk57 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk57 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of the platform.
9.3 pk57's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user to their pk57 account in the twelve months preceding the relevant event.
